As every Hawaii resident knows: Everything in Hawaii is shipped in by container ship. So just like all other products, Haven Spas must also be shipped. The bad news is that it adds to the cost of the spa. The good news is that we have figured out how to have the spa shipped at the lowest possible cost. The other good news is that even with the cost of shipping the prices are competitive with most other spas available locally here in Hawaii. We can ship to all the Hawaiian Islands. Oahu, Hawaii (Big Island), Maui, Kauai, Molokai and Lanai.

Because shipping rates fluctuate it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all of the shipping charges. Since you are buying the spa from the Spa Specialist in Colorado and since there is a several month difference between order date and delivery date we can't predict the actual shipping cost at the time of purchase. We can give you a very close estimate based on recent shipments. We are at the mercy of the shipping companies and we have no control over fuel price increases etc. P.S. We have you pay directly for shipping in order to save you money.

Spas arrived in very good condition.
In November of 2005, a large Super Custom Fallsburg was shipped to the Big Island for Approx. $1650 delivered to the customer's home.
Same month 2 medium sized spas came to Oahu for about $1300 each.
A crating charge of about $210 is required for shipping.
Delivery to your home is either via the shipping company where the shipper will bring it to your site and you are required to help remove it from the truck. This is standard shipping practice. If this is your choice you, will need several strong friends to help remove it from the truck. A fork lift may be available that comes along with the truck for an additional charge. The fork lift will lift the spa off the truck and move it anywhere there is a firm road or concrete surface to travel on.
On Oahu Vince can pick the spa up from the shipper and deliver it and/or move it to your pad and install it with complete set up (filling with water etc). There is a fee of $350 for this service which is available on Oahu only. Fee is higher for difficult deliveries depending on how much man power is needed. Vince has specialized equipment designed for transporting and moving spas on Oahu only. Each customer's needs are different. Each job site or back yard delivery is different. A crane is available at extra charge for deliveries in need of that service.
