Step One: Email and/or call Vince at Pacific Spa Sales. We will take the order over the phone or via email.
Step Two: Order Verification. Vince will email you with a summary of the order and total cost of all items. This is a complex purchase and it is important to validate the complete order before it gets sent to the manufacturer/seller (The Spa Specialist).
Step Three: Once you verify the order is correct and complete, Vince will send it into "The Spa Specialist". The credit card charge will be processed by the Spa Specialist. We need your credit card info also over the phone at this time. Fifty percent is due upon ordering and this will be charged to your credit card.
Step Four: Sit back and relax. Your Spa is custom made just for you. We can't hurry the process. While waiting for delivery of the spa the GFCI (if purchased from us) will be shipped to you and you should start preparing your site for the spa including the electrical. Any changes to the order obviously need to occur in a timely manner before the spa is too far into construction.
Step Five: Be patient. Your spa will be worth the wait. We hope for a 60 to 90 day manufacturing process, but, it has gone longer due to circumstances beyond any one's control. Vince will inform you when the spa is nearing completion. The second installment of fifty percent will be charged a couple of weeks prior to completion.
Step Six: Vince will inform you of the shipping details and current estimated cost from the shipper.
Step Seven: Once a shipping date is confirmed, you will need to pay the shipper directly. Vince will give you details on how to do this at the proper time. Shipping and payment to them is easy. Our shipping company is first class. Very efficient, professional and a pleasure to deal with.
Step Eight: Depending on your location and your own arrangements with us...The spa will be delivered to you by the Spa Specialist, the freight company or by Pacific Spa Sales.
